A twist on a classic apple chutney. Rhubarb enhanced with a hint of ginger, and what goes better with rhubarb than ginger? Gin of course.

Ingredients: Apple (54%), onion, rhubarb (27%), white wine vinegar (SULPHITES), brown sugar, gin (2.5%), salt, thyme, ginger (<0.1%)
