Made with locally sourced onions from Derbyshire, tart balsamic vinegar and rich dark brown sugar.

250g, sold by weight, not volume. Some settling may occur.

Red onion (65%), balsamic vinegar (SULPHITES), white wine vinegar (SULPHITES), brown sugar, red currant jelly, garlic, salt, herbs and spices

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep in refrigerator and use within 2 weeks
